HABA is bringing German doll maker, Götz, back to the U.S. at the 2013
American International Toy Fair.
Götz will showcase its latest line of Muffin, Aquini and 18" Precious Day standing dolls with matching accessories. For spring 2013, Gotz will debut its 13" Muffin and her counterparts 8" Mini Muffin and 16½ " Maxi Muffin. A second line of dolls, 13" Aquinis that will feature a waterproof vinyl design.
Part of the introduction of Lilliputiens toys includes: The Ophelie Collection, The Romeo Collection, Squeakers for infants, Reversible Red Riding Hood Puppet, Reversible Snow White, Simon the Reversible Rattle, Liz the Reversible Rattle and the Wolf Hand Puppet and Three Little Pigs.
In 1950, just 12 years after the founding of HABA, Marianne Götz handcrafted the first dolls in the line, and her husband, Franz Götz, would sell them from a wagon he pulled with his bike.
