What are the Academics' Choice Awards? Their mission is "to help parents and educators choose effective learning tools that stimulate the mind and provide potential for students to fully develop higher-order thinking skills." Their selection process replies in a highlight qualified panel of parents teachers, children and homeschoolers to evaluate products based on educational benefits.
What is the PAL Award? PAL stands for Play Advances Language and was started by a Speech Pathologist and highly regarded toy consultant named Sherry Artemenko who heads a toy testing team of parents, educators and children.
