We do our best to deliver high quality fun, because let’s face it, we love to play! If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please give us a chance to make things right!   

Return Policy

We want our customers to be happy with all of our HABA products. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you can return any unused product in its original packaging with tags attached for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the items were damaged or shipped to you in error.  
  • If you’re returning a gift that you didn't purchase, we offer store credit. 
  • If we’ve made an error with your order or a product is defective or was damaged in shipping, please email us at customerservice@HABAusa.com with your order number and a photo of the item you received so that we can make it right! Providing this additional information helps us give you the fastest customer service.

Did We Forget Something?

Did we make a mistake? HABA is world-renowned for the quality of our toys and games. We stand by every toy we make and every shipment that goes out the door – but mistakes do happen! If you recently received a HABA item and it is incomplete or damaged, please reach out to customerservice@habausa.com with your order number (if available) with a photo and we will make things right!

Returns

We expect our customers to be 100% happy with our HABA products. If you change your mind, any unused product can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. 

  • Items must be in new, unused condition, in the original packaging with all the tags attached.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the items were shipped to you in error.
  • If the item you would like to return was a gift and you are not the original purchaser, store credit will be issued.
