Sailing into July!
Summer is in full swing, and July is the perfect time to embrace play, creativity, and outdoor adventure! This month's activity calendar is packed with simple, engaging ideas designed to inspire curiosity and fun! These daily activities make it easy to turn ordinary summer moments into lasting memories.
July 1 - Get into the Woods
Spending time outdoors isn’t just fun, it’s one of the best ways to support your child’s development. Forest adventures and outdoor activities for kids encourage creativity, build physical strength, and nurture emotional well-being. Even more, regular nature play helps children develop a lasting connection to the environment, inspiring curiosity and a lifelong respect for the natural world.

July 2 - Cardboard Animal Craft for Kids
Today, we're diving into a creative adventure where cardboard transforms into your favorite animals right before your eyes. With just a few materials and a lot of imagination, you'll learn how to craft your very own animals. Grab your scissors and let's get ready to transform these simple materials into your favorite animal friends.

July 3 - Pretend Play with a Farm Today
Chances are you grew up singing “Old MacDonald had a Farm” and now sing it frequently to your little one. Other than being cute and fun to talk about, these early forays into farm life are actually quite important for your developing child’s language acquisition and social skill development because as we introduce children to the world of the farm through words and sounds, we’re not only introducing them to our language but also to the world that children see around them.
July 4 - Plan a Fun Summer
Helping to plan and host a party can be an enriching experience for your little one. Research suggests that celebrations and gatherings, especially with close friends and family, positively impacts the well-being of all family members, especially the youngest ones. As children grow, they make sense of the world through their interactions with others. Gathering with friends and family, provides so many opportunities for children to learn new skills and develop both socially and emotionally.

July 5 - Plan a Stick Craft Today
Right outside the door is an endless supply of materials that will provide your child with hours of unlimited entertainment, just add an eager mind, a bit of time, and some energy—(things I’m sure your children have plenty of) and your child will have the recipe for a day of creative fun outside. Here are five things to do with sticks.
