If the item you would like to return was a gift and you are not the original purchaser, store credit will be issued.

HABA offers exchanges on items purchased from HABAusa.com only. Please print, complete and include this form with your return: Return Form PDF
Please write your order number next to the return shipping label on the outside of the box. If you do now know your order number please call us at 1-800-468-6873.
All items marked CLEARANCE and DISCONTINUED are FINAL SALES and cannot be returned unless they were received in damaged condition or if the return is pre-approved by HABA USA staff.

If we receive the item back and the packaging is damaged or missing any labels, instructions or any pieces, a 25% restocking fee will be assessed.
If any items are returned to us that have damage such as stains, rips, breaks, dents or scratches that were the result of usage, we reserve the right to assess an appropriate and reasonable restocking fee determined based on the condition of the item. If you are returning something that might be damaged like this from usage, please contact us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org before returning it, so we can provide the best solution and there are no surprises when your refund or store credit is issued.
Who is Responsible for Return Shipping Costs?
Unless the items were shipped to you in error or if the products are defective and/or damaged, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
If you receive an incorrect shipment, a shipment that is not yours or a shipment that is defective/damaged or incomplete, please contact us directly so we can resolve the issue by providing you with a pre-paid return label at no cost to you. Once you obtain the pre-paid return label, attach it to the box you will be returning and drop it off at the closest USPS/UPS (depending on package size). If you would like to request an alternate carrier other than USPS/UPS, please call us and we would be happy to accommodate your needs.
If you refuse a shipment, you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the package.
