Logic! CASE Games Win Prestigious PAL Award

PAL Award sealWe've been quite smitten with our new Logic! CASE Starter Set Games since they launched earlier this year and we are so happy and honored to share that this product was recently awarded the prestigious PAL Award for 2023.

Established and led by a speech and language expert, the PAL Award recognizes "exceptional toys, games, book, and media that, through their design, content, quality, and character, promote play that advances language. PAL Award winners are featured on TV, video reviews, and social media. They are recognized in the industry as leaders in child language development and education that spark fun and creative play in children with lots of talk!"

Speech-Language Pathologist and Toy Expert Erika Cardamone selects these products based on the exceptional value they add to children’s learning and development.

This is what Erica Cardamone had to say about our game: “The Logic Case Starter Set is great for travel or keeping children engaged during a set time. Its self-checking feature promotes independent play, fostering a sense of autonomy and confidence, while also providing a solid foundation for accepting a challenge. The game enhances inferencing, observation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills and inspires a love for logical thinking, setting children on a path for a love of learning.” See here for more details.

“ShortAnd to keep the momentum going, Logic! CASE and the other PAL award winners were featured on a variety of news programs. Here is a clip of Erica Cardamone discussing the benefits of our game for the television audience.

Having our game chosen by an expert like Erika Cardamone, MS, CCC-SLP, who has worked with children for over 15 years in the schools and private practice, affirms the importance of building language skills through play. We wholeheartedly agree with this organization's commitment to encouraging early language proficiency and its correlation with not only reading, writing, and critical thinking but also how it informs emotional, cognitive and social growth.

Thank you to Play on Words and the PAL Awards Committee for this great honor!
